Dear TAI Experts:
I had a maquet procedure done in 2006 for chondromalacia, how do I know when it is no longer functioning? I am having a great deal of pain in my quadricep muscle, like a twisting tension... is it a sign of failure?

Dear TAI Experts:
I have hypermobility, and I have to crack my neck and back A LOT. It cracks easily, but now my upper back has been killing me. Is what I’ve been doing dangerous? I also have scoliosis and I’ve heard cracking your neck can screw your back up with alignment. Help?

When I’m doing physical activities and I move my neck randomly, it will pop or I’ll get a crick in it. It stings badly and it almost feels like its bleeding in the inside of my neck. I tilt my head to the side to try and ease the pain and it goes away in a few minutes. What is this and how can I fix it?
