FAQ

What are your mentorship and continuing education opportunities for therapist employees?

Personal and professional growth are an important endeavor for every TAI therapist. We support (financially and otherwise) the clinical and leadership development of our employees through a number of opportunities, including:

  • APTA-accredited Orthopaedic Residency Training Program
  • One-on-one Manual Therapy Mentorship Program
  • Leadership Development Training Program
  • Monthly Clinical Education Sessions
  • TAI Listserv
  • Annual Con Ed Allowance – standard minimum $1,200; can be used for TAI-sponsored or other con ed courses
  • TAI Sponsored Con Ed Courses
  • Tuition Advancement Programs
  • Student Loan Reimbursement Program

Daily mentorship is structured at the clinic level. Directors work with their staff therapists to determine what kind of support will help the clinician and, thus, the practice, thrive.

What about benefits?

The core compensation package for all benefits-eligible employees includes:

  • Medical/Dental/Vision coverage
  • LTD, Life, AD&D, and Liability Insurance
  • Vacation, Paid Holidays, Personal Days, Sick Days
  • Generous Continuing Ed Stipend
  • 401(k) and Profit Sharing Program
  • Employee Assistance Program
  • Flexible Benefits Plan
  • Free PT services for employees and their immediate families

Additional, negotiable benefits may include:

  • Performance-Based Bonuses
  • Sign On Bonus (including relocation assistance)
  • Student Loan Reimbursement
  • State/National Association Dues

Can you share more on pay ranges?

Every hire is made at the clinic level. Thus, while we ensure that all of our clinics are competitive in their markets and all of our offers are in the same range, there may be variances from place to place.  Please contact us to talk about this more.
