Greetings from Bozeman, Montana! I’m updating the blog while on a ski vacation in Big Sky country. So far my trip has been injury free, but I have taken as many precautions as I can. This includes a well balanced meal the night before, good hydration throughout the day, and a warm up or a couple easy runs to get my legs underneath me. Also, I wear a helmet to protect my head in case of a fall or if any immovable object gets in my way. Stay safe!
