Adult Fitness Classes:

  • 9:30 AM Monday and Wednesday
  • 5:30 PM Monday and Thursday

Children With Special Needs:

  • 5:30 PM Tuesday

ACL Injury Prevention and Sports Performance Program:

  • 8 Week Program
  • Twice per week
  • Program start dates ongoing
