Northshore School District Discount Program

Beginning January 27, 2010, TAI Canyon Park will offer a discounted rate for all Northshore School District employees who wish to participate in the corporate fitness classes offered through Precision Sports Performance.

Our corporate fitness classes are designed for employees who would like to lose weight, work on improving their fitness level, or simply improve their overall health. Benefits of a program of this nature may include losing weight, lowering cholesterol, lowering blood pressure, and decreasing workers’ comp claims. The fitness classes are taught by a certified strength coach (CSCS), which is considered the highest level of fitness certification in the business. The unique nature of our program is that it is offered in a medically safe environment under the guidance of our Director, Dr. Chris Leck, who is a physical therapist and strength and conditioning specialist.

We are able to offer multiple convenient times for these classes, including before work, at lunch, or after work. Groups are welcome, as we can accommodate up to six participants per session.
