Royal Carribean Health Fair
Therapeutic Associates Gateway will be presenting information about proper seated ergonomics and workstation layout. The physical therapists will also instruct attendees in and provide handouts for healthy seated workstation behaviors, stretches, and exercises. They will also discuss causes and treatment of common work related injuries that occur from faulty posture and repetitive strain. They will specifically describe one typical problem in detail, elbow pain, including possible causes, possible diagnosis and the use the ASTYM method and Theraband Flexbar in treating elbow pain.
