SAM for Women Begins Soon!

Looking for a way to jump start your workout routine? Or looking for a fun, yet challenging way to begin a healthy way of life? Our SAM program for women may be just the workout you are looking for. With a focus on mobility, flexibility, balance, and overall strength and fitness, the workouts challenge all participants from the first time beginners to the experienced athletes. The group format provides the necessary accountability and a fun environment to ensure completion of the program. Additionally, daily tips on fitness success provide take-home information to encourage the results to be carried through into daily life.

Local Keizer resident, Melissa A., describes her SAM experience: 

“When I was asked to join a SAM program for 10 weeks last July, I was more than ready to get in shape and even more ready to try a new and effective workout routine that I could fit into my already busy life. I was amazed that with just two workouts a week, the SAM program kicked my body into gear!  Each workout was HARD, but it worked on every part of my body and I always left knowing I had gotten an amazing workout. With just small, common sense changes in my diet and doing the SAM program two times a week, I was losing 3-4 pounds each week and was feeling stronger and healthier by the day. No other workout routine had ever been this fun and this effective!”

Additionally, as the program is designed for elite athletes and directed by former collegiate athletes, even those in top shape can expect to walk away from the program with gains in strength, flexibilty, and agility. The program is structured to allow each individual to decide how hard the exercises will be and to achieve each indivual’s goal for the program.
