What to expect:
Each workshop will be 2 hours in length during which you will learn basic anatomy, body awareness, breathing and yoga exercises based on the day’s theme. * Please wear comfortable, yoga appropriate clothing (no sweats or baggy pants; it helps the instructor to help you with alignment if she can see more of you.) * Workshops will be held at the NE and Vancouver clinic locations, though we may be in another room. Signs will be posted. * Class size is limited, so early registration is advised. Drop-ins will be accommodated on a first-come-first-serve basis. * Please bring a yoga mat if you have one (there will be a few for purchase at each workshop) and a thick blanket (wool blankets are perfect).
