This 4-hour workshop will cover fascia anatomy, introduce new video of detailed microscopic views of fascia in the living body, and present new research on fascia and how it applies to movement practice. Clinic Directors Rob Barnes, Matt Booth, Derek Stiegemeier and Brian Weiderman as well as their staff therapists participate in many of these local events as well. Rob is a cyclist, skier, runner, and triathlete and recently completed the City of Trees Marathon and Pacific Crest Half-Ironman. He will be participating in various local races this upcoming year. Matt is also a cyclist, skier, runner, and triathlete and recently completed the Grand Columbian Half-Ironman fast enough to qualify for the USA Triathlon National Championship in 2007. Matt is currently training for the 2010 Ironman Coeur d’Alene. Derek is an avid kayaker, mountain biker, and former competitive ski racer.
