Jessica Smith Blockley, DPT, OCS, CSCS

Jessica received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Puget Sound in 2007. In 2009, she became a Board Certified Specialist in Orthopaedics (OCS). She is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and is currently pursuing certifications in manual therapy through the North American Institute of Orthopaedic Manual Therapy (NAIOMT). Jessica’s treatment approach involves a combination of hands-on Manual Therapy techniques with activity-specific exercise. Her areas of interest include Sports Medicine, Chronic Overuse Injuries, Pelvic and Sacroiliac (SI) Joint Dysfunction, and Post-Surgical Rehabilitation.
Jessica received her bachelors in psychology from Dartmouth College in 2003. While at Dartmouth, she was a member of the cross-country ski team. She is currently the youth development coach for the Bogus Basin Nordic Team.
In addition to skiing, Jessica enjoys an active lifestyle, including running, hiking, and cycling. She looks forward to further involvement with the Boise community while developing programs to incorporate preventative medicine, wellness, and conditioning, in addition to rehabilitative services.
