Physical Therapist: Bend Physical Therapy

Amy earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Wisconsin. She has a wide range of experience in the orthopedic setting and now specializes in the treatment of hand and upper extremity having earned the designation of Certified Hand Therapist. Amy considers it a privilege to be involved in the recovery process of her patients and enjoys getting to know her patients individually. She is very focused on maximizing each person’s function based on their unique situation. She also recognizes the necessity of close communication with surgeons and other providers involved to coordinate and deliver optimal care. Amy provides care at the Bend (Neff Road) and Redmond locations.

When not treating patients, Amy enjoys a variety of individual pursuits such as road cycling, distance running, and Nordic skiing as well as hiking and snowshoeing with her husband and golden retriever. Other interests include reading and gardening as well as below average piano and guitar practice.
