Nestled in the heart of the Willamette Valley, residents of Lane County receive comprehensive rehabilitation at six clinics. TAI’s two primary clinics – West Eugene Physical Therapy (our flagship location) and Gateway Physical Therapy in Springfield – reside in Courtsports Athletic Clubs. This relationship offers you access to top quality athletic and exercise equipment in 32,000 sq. feet of gym space. West Eugene PT is proudly situated in a recently remodeled facility, and all of our clinics are deeply entrenched in our athletic and healthcare communities. Our therapists are considered Sports Medicine experts and strive to evaluate you as an individual, matching specialized assessment skills with your needs to create a treatment plan that effectively reaches goals for optimal health and functional recovery.

Under the direction of Executive Director Bradley Schwin, MSPT, OCS, we are also contracted to provide physical therapy services for Oregon Medical Group (OMG), a large multi-specialty physician group. This arrangement places our clinicians in four additional Eugene and Springfield locations, providing all of Lane County with expert and premier rehabilitation services.
