Matt Blievernicht PT, DPT
Staff Therapist: Bethany Physical Therapy
In May 2008, Matt received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Carroll College in Wisconsin, where he graduated top of his class. He continues to show a similar commitment to learning and development within his profession by pursing advanced training in Applied Functional Science through the Gray Institute and in Manual Therapy through the North American Institute of Orthopaedic Manual Therapy (NAIOMT).
Matt has a passion for empowering his patients to lead an active lifestyle and has a special interest in treating those with lower extremity, shoulder, and sports injuries. He has experience working with a variety of diagnoses and ages and has a talent for finding and treating the specific movement patterns and joint mechanics that are the underlying cause of each patient’s pain. He believes this holistic approach to treatment will not only address the root of the problem, but enable his patients to heal faster and reduce the chance of future injury.
An active outdoor and recreational enthusiast, Matt relocated to the Pacific Northwest in July 2009 and enjoys cycling, hiking, and basketball as well as playing guitar, reading, and art.
