Shawna Joseph has worked for TAI Cedar Hills Physical Therapy for 8 years as our front office coordinator. She has 21 years experience in the Medical field, including medical records, billing, coding, front office, back office, hands-on patient care, and medical office management. She strives to provide every patient with the highest level of customer service possible and wants every patient to feel comfortable coming to her with office or billing concerns. She brings passion and enthusiasm to her work every day and absolutely loves our patients.

In her personal life, she married her high school sweetheart and is raising three boys. Her passions include reading, writing, fishing, and all outdoor adventures. She is a regular fan at football games, basketball games, baseball games, and golf tournaments for her three kids, and she seeks quiet time alone with her husband whenever she can get it.
