Shawn Dailey PT, DPT

Shawn Dailey, a Northwest native, received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Montana and opened Therapeutic Associates Lake Oswego in 2009 after working in several sports clinics. Shawn specializes in rehabilitation, the biomechanics of efficient athletic movement, orthopedic sports physical therapy, injury prevention, and strength and conditioning. Shawn has worked with athletic organizations from local High Schools to professional teams as a physical therapist, injury prevention consultant, and strength & conditioning coach/consultant.

His passion lies in providing the highest quality rehabilitative care, injury prevention, and research-validated athletic enhancement training to help people reach their individual goals. He has provided rehabilitative care and coached countless athletes of all levels in the Northwest. He has also worked with local athletes from junior high to professional and Olympic class.

Shawn opened L.O. Physical Therapy in Lake Oswego with a multi-disciplinary team of professionals in a cutting-edge facility. The team of professionals includes physical therapists, athletic trainers, massage therapists, PGA certified golf professional, cognitive therapists, a registered dietitian, strength and conditioning coaches, and personal trainers. As one of the most diverse teams in Portland, the L.O. PT team’s purpose is to provide quality rehabilitation, athletic performance enhancement, and life-long fitness.

Shawn is also a co-founder of Northwest Golf Performance, a comprehensive golf specific training center run out of the L.O. PT clinic, which is a PGA certified training facility. Shawn has advanced training in through the Titleist Performance Institute, and is trained in 3 dimensional analysis and the biomechanics of the golf swing by K-Vest.

Outside of time in the clinic, Shawn enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and two golden retrievers. He enjoys an active lifestyle of playing sports, such as basketball, golf, running, and participating in outdoor sports that include hiking, biking, and fly-fishing.

Matt Rogers PT, DPT, OCS

Matt is a Northwest native and has been a staff physical therapist with TAI Lake Oswego since 2009.  He graduated from Oregon City High School in 2002 where he was class valedictorian and team captain for the football and track & field teams.  He then went on to receive a bachelor’s degree in Human Physiology from the University of Oregon in 2006 and a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree with honors from Creighton University (Omaha, NE) in 2009.  Matt completed the TAI Orthopaedic Residency with the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and became a Board Certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist in 2011. 

Matt is passionate about sports rehabilitation for athletes of all ages, manual therapy and promoting injury prevention and wellness within his community.  He works as part of an amazing team of professionals including physical therapists, a cognitive therapist, coaches, personal trainers, athletic trainers, a registered dietician and local physicians to provide the best quality care to his patients.  During his free time, he enjoys hiking the great northwest, cycling, swimming and spending time with his wife, daughter and dog.

 

Colleen Little PT, DPT

Colleen is a Jacksonville, Oregon native who moved to Portland in 2002 to attend the University of Portland where she played four years of Division I soccer for the Pilots. Colleen was a member of the 2002 and 2005 NCAA Women’s National Championship teams.  Colleen graduated from Pacific University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy Program and has been a part of the Therapeutic Associates Lake Oswego team since.  She is in the TAI Sports Orthopedic Fellowship program and is working to help this program be one of the most comprehensive sports programs in the nation.

Colleen has special interests in manual therapy, sports injury prevention programs, ACL prevention programs for the female athletes, gait analysis, running efficiency, and sports medicine.  Colleen is dedicated to providing care designed with the whole individual in mind so as to keep each person active or competitive in the activities they love from weekend hikes to professional competition.

Colleen enjoys spending time with her husband and puppy, camping, hiking, and cycling. She is an avid marathon runner and has competed in several marathons including Boston, Chicago, CIM and won the Kauai Marathon where she still holds the female course record. She is currently training for her Olympic trials qualification and runs with the Run Portland Track Club.  Colleen is also providing strength and conditioning training for the Lake Oswego Boys’ Varsity and JV soccer teams and the Lake Oswego Soccer Club.
