The PT I'm working with at Therapeutics Associates is Sara Pancoast. She is very good. She listens! She does not overload you with a bunch of exercises the value of which you don't understand. Instead, she gauges the workouts to your needs and your ability to perform them and explains the rationale behind them in detail.
I don't have scads of time to devote to this every day and you probably don't either. But she will create a program specifically designed for you that you can perform with a manageable commitment of time so you can keep moving forward toward your goals.

I came in with a sports injury to a small muscle in my glutes. I went in for a free eval and they were able to pin point what was going on. After a few weeks of PT I was making progress to getting better. Sarah has been so helpful with finding ways to get me back to what I love doing in my day to day life. This injury had been affecting me with everything from cleaning my house to exercising. She thinks outside the box, she is creative, she is empathetic, she listens, she is kind and she is always ready to help tackle my injury in new ways.
I would highly recommend her to any of my family or friends!
