Looking for tips on injury prevention with your running or walking program? Proper warm up and post-workout stretching can be very beneficial in minimizing those nagging injuries and improving your overall training routine. Here are a few suggestions for warming up and cooling down, along with some strengthening exercises and foam roller activities.

Evaluation – Your treatment begins with a specialized and focused evaluation, which involves collecting information about the current problem as well as your general health and personal therapy goals. A physical exam is then conducted to assess range of motion, sensation awareness, pain levels, strength, and your ability to perform specific functional tasks.
