Athletic Training Services and Sports Injury Management for Student Athletes

Therapeutic Associates (TAI) Valley Physical Therapy is proud to provide athletic training services and sports injury management for the Salem-Keizer School District (SKSD). Our commitment to the success of this program includes support to the AT professional staff, coaches, student athletes, and the medical community. You can find us in the McKay, McNary, North Salem, South Salem, Sprague, and West Salem High Schools. Injured student-athletes at supported schools can check in with the school athletic trainer (AT) as needed for injury care. If necessary, the AT will coordinate with our local clinics for physical therapy to ensure a speedy and complete return to sport.

Each SKSD high school has one Certified Athletic Trainer (AT) on site. This person works closely with the school’s student-athletes and teams to assist in injury prevention, evaluation, and rehabilitation. This person covers the majority of school sponsored sporting events, including practices and play.
