Trever Ball AT, CSCS, MSEd

Trever is a 2001 graduate of Western Oregon University and currently serves at McKay High School as a licensed, full-time Health/Sports Medicine Educator in the Salem-Keizer Public School District, as an Athletic Trainer employed by Therapeutic Associates, and also as McKay High School’s Head Golf Coach in the spring. He has been a Certified Athletic Trainer for 6 years now and also possesses his MSEd, while also functioning as a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA. Trever is also a Certified Instructor through the American Red Cross and teaches many different classes in his spare time. Along with previously mentioned certifications, Trever is also a Certified Weight Assessor and possesses his Professional Technical Educators endorsement. His career as an Athletic Trainer began at Western Oregon University under the tutelage of Kurtis Kidd, among others, and has blossomed into the vast experience he currently enjoys. He has worked many OSAA events ranging among State Wrestling, State Basketball, and State Football, while currently coordinating coverage for the 3A Boys & Girls State Basketball Tournament. 

Most importantly, he has been happily married since 2001 to his wife Melissa, who is a first grade teacher in the district, and has one son, Gunnar, and one dog, Lola. They are also currently expecting their second child as of August 2010.
