Director: Valley Physical Therapy - Keizer

I was born in Honolulu, Hawaii and grew up in Salem, Oregon. I am a graduate of North Salem High School, received my Bachelor of Arts in physical education from Willamette University and my Master of Science in physical therapy from Pacific University. I have a special interest in sports medicine and am also a Certified Athletic Trainer. I have provided athletic training and physical therapy for numerous events such as the Ironman World Triathlon Championships, Women’s Pro Beach Volleyball Tour, US Figure Skating Championships and various OSAA Championships. I have also managed the athletic training program for the Salem-Keizer School District for the last five years. I hold specialized training in manual therapy techniques from New Zealand and am a Certified Mulligan Practitioner.
It is a privilege to serve the community and my patients. It is my goal to return my patients to great health and well being. I will listen to your needs and goals and develop a plan of care tailored to suit your individual condition. Working with you, I will utilize a variety of manual therapy techniques, physical conditioning, education and humor to help you get your life back on track.
When I’m not in the clinic I can be found running, doing Tae Kwon-Do, riding my horse or gardening. My husband, cat and I are most likely planning our next great adventure. I am a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, Oregon Physical Therapy Association, National Athletic Trainer’s Association and the Daughters of Hawaii.
