Josiah Faville PT, DPT
Physical Therapist: Valley Physical Therapy - South
Josiah hails from Keizer, where he spent the first 18 years of his life involved in sports, Young Life, and outdoor adventuring in the backwoods of Oregon. After graduating from McNary High School in 2002, he left Oregon to attend Seattle Pacific University, where he obtained his Bachelor’s of Science in Biology in 2006. Upon graduation, he headed south to Tacoma, WA to pursue his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of Puget Sound. Josiah was awarded the Physical Therapy Graduate Fellowship and received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2009. During the second summer of his graduate studies he married his wife, Renee, and then returned to his roots in Oregon to begin clinical practice.
Josiah brings with him a valuable set of skills gleaned from his study under one of the Northwest’s leading experts in orthopedic and manual therapy. He has also spent several months in a direct access facility evaluating and treating acute musculoskeletal injuries. Josiah has found a special interest in manual therapy, spine care, and lower extremity biomechanics, and while not at the clinic, he enjoys exercising and spending time with his wife. He can also be found with his ice axe in hand, scrambling the alpine peaks of the Northwest.
