Physical Therapist: Valley Physical Therapy - South
Scott grew up in Reedsport, OR, where he participated in football, basketball and baseball. He also participated in Student Leadership and was a member of the National Honor Society. After graduation, Scott moved to Corvallis to attend Oregon State University where he studied Exercise and Sports Science. During his time at OSU, Scott participated in the “IMPACT (Individualized Movement and Physical Activity for Children Today) program,” which encourages children with disabilities to engage in physical activity.
After graduation from OSU, Scott moved to Spokane, WA to pursue the Doctoral program of Physical Therapy at Eastern Washington University. Scott completed clinical rotations in Washington, Texas and Utah where he worked in a variety of settings including skilled nursing, outpatient orthopedic, and acute care. Scott moved to the Willamette Valley to begin clinical practice as a Staff Therapist and looks forward to participating TAI’s Clinical Residency program.
Scott’s clinical interests include spine care, sports rehabilitation, and general orthopedics. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, biking, and playing sports. Scott looks forward to becoming involved in the many community opportunities available in Salem.
