Are you prepared for the upcoming baseball/softball season? Would you like to improve your strength, flexibility, and performance while reducing your risk of injury at the same time? If so, come take our 5 week conditioning camp to get your body prepared. Whether you’re a little leaguer, senior leaguer, or somewhere in between, this camp will help prepare you for the season.
Get ready for the baseball and softball season while preventing injury
- A 5 week precondition program developed and instructed by a physical therapist
- Learn proper strengthening techniques for the rotator cuff and scapular stabilizers
- Understand the role of core strength during baseball/softball
- Learn a stretching and strengthening program to stay injury-free throughout the season

The class has been designed by Eric Medley and Chad Dybdahl, physical therapists at Grants Pass Physical Therapy, and endorsed by Dr. Rob Bents, orthopedic surgeon from Paragon Orthopedics.
