Summer Break Speed & Agility Camp

Elevate your training during the break. This intensive 8 or 4 day program will teach athletes the fundamentals of speed and agility through small group training. Athletes will work with highly trained staff that will help improve sprint mechanics, foot speed, core strength, and agility. Take advantage of this chance to enhance these vital skills.

Athletes should come prepared with both running and turf shoes.

Session Days & Times:

Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri (week of July 4th = M/T/W/Th)

11am – 12pm OR 2pm – 3pm


Full – $125+tax (2 weeks – 8 sessions)
Half – $80+tax (1 weeks – 4 sessions)

Highly Trained Staff:

PSP’s highly trained staff are Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists (CSCS), which is the certification required of all current Strength Coaches in the NCAA collegiate level.
