The program is a comprehensive strength and conditioning program for endurance athletes. It has been designed as a supplemental program to compliment the athlete’s competitive training. The entire program is based on peer reviewed research that deals specifically with performance enhancement and injury prevention for endurance athletes and in particular runners. Regardless of your experience or performance level as an endurance athlete, this program will provide improved energy production, strength, and flexibility.

Training Packages Include:
- Warm up and dynamic stretching, lower and upper extremity strengthening specific for endurance athletes, plyometrics and multi-directional agility, core strengthening, single leg balance activities, static stretching, and foam rolling.

8 sessions per package; prices listed are per athlete
- 1 athlete: $60/session or $400/package ($80 savings)
- 2-3 athletes: $50/session or $320/package ($80 savings)
- 4-5 athletes: $40/session or $240/package ($80 savings)
Athletes joining existing groups is permitted but subject to availability. Flexible scheduling. All sessions are 1 hour.
