Nicole has been a dedicated member of the Renton community and Fairwood Physical Therapy since 2005. In January 2010, she was honored to take on her new role as Director of Fairwood Physical Therapy, continuing her service to past, current, and future patients.
Nicole is highly educated in the treatment of musculoskeletal injuries, with a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Washington. She has continued her education by pursuing advanced certification in manual therapy through the North American Institute of Manual Physical Therapy, as well as becoming a Board Certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist in 2009. Along with her passion for continuing her education, she also enjoys being active in both her state and national organizations. In 2009, she was elected by her peers to the Washington State Physical Therapy Association’s House of Delegates. In addition, she has been published in The Journal of American Physical Therapy Association, Outdoors Northwest, and NW Runner.
Growing up in a military family, Nicole has traveled extensively but is now settled in Seattle with her husband and two dogs. She enjoys the outdoor activities the Northwest has to offer, including biking, snowboarding, hiking, and wakeboarding. A competitive athlete, Nicole participates in local triathlons and running races and strives to bring this energy and passion to her work as a physical therapist and encourages health and wellness to her patients.
