Yoga: Fairwood Physical Therapy
Classes are designed to help increase strength, balance, and flexibility through weight-bearing poses. Moving smoothly from one pose to the next helps to increase range of motion in stiff joints, helps you gain better posture and core strength, and helps to prevent injuries. Focusing on breath allows for relaxation and mind-body connection. Start or end your days on a relaxing note!

About The Instructor
Kelley Terwillegar
Kelley is a personal trainer certified through the National Federation of Professional Trainers. She brings her experience as a dancer and her passion for movement to share with others through teaching group and individual exercise. She is the owner of Stay at Home Fitness, a personal training service offered in the privacy and comfort of your home. She also has a B.F.A. in Dance from Cornish College of the Arts.
Kelley has helped hundreds of people reach their fitness goals and is glad to join Fairwood Physical Therapy to offer Yoga group classes.
