Cora’s treatment approach integrates manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and sport/work specific training. She believes in educating her patients in the full scope of wellness for an expedient return to function. Her areas of interest include sports medicine, postsurgical rehabilitation, TMD, and core training using Pilates.

  and neurological rehabilitation

Cora is from southern Virginia, where she coached and competed in volleyball at the collegiate level. Her extensive sports career includes basketball, swimming, track, golf, soccer, rock climbing, and snowboarding.
