Staff Therapist: Seattle Physical Therapy
Jeff graduated from the University of Maryland in 1999 with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and an emphasis in Exercise Physiology and Biomechanics. Since then he has been working toward a Certification in Orthopedic Manual Therapy and has recently become a Certified Golf Fitness Instructor (CGFI) through the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI). His certification as a Golf Fitness Instructor enables him to offer fitness assessments or advanced rehabilitation options for those wanting to improve their golf swing, increase performance, and prevent injuries. In addition to his Kinesiology background, Jeff has participated in a multitude of team and individual sports, which allows him to assist patients in developing the necessary biomechanics and motor control so that they are able to achieve their highest levels of function and fitness.
Jeff enjoys cycling, hiking, skiing, golf, basketball, photography, and spending time with his wife Megan and their dog Masara.
