Evergreen Physical Therapy is proud to provide residents of the Spokane Valley with a full complement of physical therapy services. Our team of experts includes three physical therapists to support your overall health and wellness. Our 3500 square foot facility includes an open Gym and Exercise space, as well as private treatment rooms.

TAI-Evergreen Physical Therapy seeks a full-time Physical Therapist. Group Cycling Tips

How to ride safely in a group: Be Predictable: Follow the same rules of the road as any vehicle…stop at stop signs, stay on the right side of the road, go with traffic, yield to the right at unmarked intersection.  Don’t pass others on the right if you can help it. After Care for an Ankle Sprain

If you injur your ankle (or wrist) while playing in Hoopfest stop by any first aide tent and follow these simple steps to speed recovery and limit re-injury.  Just remember to use the R.I.C.E. principles: R:  Rest the area by limiting weight bearing for 24 to 48 hours.  If you can’t walk without pain then crutches may be required.
