Gale graduated from Pacific University-Forest Grove, Oregon with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy degree in 1989. He is a certified orthopaedic specialist (OCS) through the American Physical Therapy Association and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manipulative Therapists through the North American Institute of Orthopaedic Manual Therapy.

He has served as adjunct faculty at Eastern Washington University working with students in the Physical Therapy program. He has been working in orthopaedics throughout his career and emphasizes manual therapy skills in his treatment of spinal/joint dysfunction and injury. Gale has also recently become certified as a personal trainer and strength and conditioning specialist.

Gale enjoys working with student athletes to emphasize sports performance and injury prevention. He has recently been trained to perform individualized bike fitting and video gait analysis as a way to educate and train the community for local sporting events, such as Bloomsday, Hoopfest, and local triathalons.

Gale grew up in Eastern Washington and is happy to be there raising his family and working with members of the community. He likes to spend his leisure time riding his bicycle, watching local sports teams, and being with his wife and two children.
