What to expect:
Each workshop will be 2 hours in length during which you will learn basic anatomy, body awareness, breathing and yoga exercises based on the day’s theme. * Please wear comfortable, yoga appropriate clothing (no sweats or baggy pants; it helps the instructor to help you with alignment if she can see more of you.) * Workshops will be held at the NE and Vancouver clinic locations, though we may be in another room.
