Our team of experts combine Manual Therapy (consisting of Joint and Soft-Tissue Mobilization and Manipulation of the spine and extremities), Patient Education, and Therapeutic Exercise in evaluating and treating patients. Our three Physical Therapists and front office staff maintain a high standard of care which allows patients to better understand their conditions, the expectations of their rehabilitation, and how long it will take to reach their goals. We are here when you need us and are honored to be a part in helping you achieve your personal goals.

Now Offering Yoga Therapy Workshops

We are excited to offer a new series of workshops for those interested in yoga therapy. Instructed by Physical Therapist and Certified Yoga Instructor, Michelle Gilpin, each workshop will be 2 hours in length during which you will learn basic anatomy, body awareness, breathing and yoga exercises based on the day’s specific theme.
