Dear TAI Experts:
Recently I have experienced periodic left side neck numbness. No pain. It feels as though there were hair or something on my neck, but nothing is there. I had an EMG recently that stated I have a very mild case of C5-6 radiculapathy ... could that be responsible?

Dear TAI Experts:
I have hypermobility, and I have to crack my neck and back A LOT. It cracks easily, but now my upper back has been killing me. Is what I’ve been doing dangerous? I also have scoliosis and I’ve heard cracking your neck can screw your back up with alignment. Help?

When I’m doing physical activities and I move my neck randomly, it will pop or I’ll get a crick in it. It stings badly and it almost feels like its bleeding in the inside of my neck. I tilt my head to the side to try and ease the pain and it goes away in a few minutes. What is this and how can I fix it?

I woke up three days ago with a cramp in my neck on the left side. The next day my shoulder and down my back and up around to my chest under my arm on the left also. When I cough my chest hurts badly. Can you tell me what could this be? P.S. My wrist bone on the right side started hurting like someone hit it with a hammer two days ago also.
