What to expect:

Each workshop will be 2 hours in length during which you will learn basic anatomy, body awareness, breathing and yoga exercises based on the day’s theme. * Please wear comfortable, yoga appropriate clothing (no sweats or baggy pants; it helps the instructor to help you with alignment if she can see more of you.) * Workshops will be held at the NE and Vancouver clinic locations, though we may be in another room. Our program is dedicated to the health, education, training, and performance of dancers and dance educators in the greater Portland area. Our goal is to help dancers improve performance through injury prevention and rehabilitation. Our team combines an artistic appreciation of dance with a scientific understanding of athletic performance. We understand the demands of dance and how to help dancers stay flexible, strong, and injury-free.
