Insurance Verification

At Therapeutic Associates, we are preferred providers for most insurance plans throughout the Northwest, and as a courtesy to you and our patients, we verify physical therapy benefits prior to the first visit. You can be confident that we will educate your patients about their insurance benefits and about their personal responsibility in advance of patient care. In addition to insurance benefits, we offer discounted, cash-based programs for patients who qualify to ensure everyone requiring physical therapy benefits has access to medically necessary treatments.

We are a member and MSO (Management Service Organization) for NorthWest Rehab Alliance (NWRA), a network of Private Practice Physical Therapy practices.

Insurance Participation Verification

Insurance companies list their preferred providers in a variety of different ways. Unfortunately, we don’t have any control over this process. Depending upon the insurance company, you may find our clinics listed as providers under the following headings:

These are interactive PDF files that can be filled out electronically, saved to your Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system for your records, and printed to be handed to your patients. Making a Referral to Therapeutic Associates Physical Therapy

You have many options to make a referral to the TAI Clinic most convenient for your patients. Our preference, however, is to receive a fax from your office directly to the clinic. You can find the fax number to each TAI clinic on the Regional Referral Pads. This process will help ensure that your patients get the care your physicians are recommending, and we will do everything we can to contact the patient as quickly as possible to schedule their initial evaluation at their convenience. If you have a patient that needs to be seen today, please contact a TAI Clinic directly and we will accommodate your request.
