GRAVITY
What is the GRAVITY® Program?
The GRAVITY® Program is a series of muscular endurance exercises degisned to provide an effective, time-efficient, full body workout. The sessions use a dynamic glide board and pulley system with progressive incline to focus on muscle isolation and integration, muscular strength and endurance while including unique core strengthening exercises. The use of body weight again st gravity produces an individualized workout that can progressively increase as performance improves.
The GRAVITY® Program is designed to provide functional exercises that recreate real-life movements in real-life postitions, preparing participants for the day-to-day activities of daily living (ADLs). Set up on a rolling glideboard the fully supports the spine, the dynamic unilateral-bilateral pulley system allows for full joint range of motion and resistance from 5%-59% of body weight.
