Dear Patients and Friends,

After 30 meaningful years with Therapeutic Associates, I want to personally share that I will be retiring on September 12, 2025. This decision comes after much reflection, and while it’s bittersweet, I’m looking forward to spending more time with my family and pursuing personal passions.

It has been one of the greatest honors of my life to serve the Hillsboro community and to earn your trust in caring for your health. Your confidence in our clinic has meant everything to me, and I’m deeply proud of the compassionate, skilled team we’ve built at Therapeutic Associates Hillsboro Physical Therapy. Together, we’ve touched lives, supported healing, and cultivated a culture of clinical excellence.

I want to take a moment to recognize the incredible clinicians and staff who make this clinic what it is. Their unwavering commitment to patient care, their pursuit of clinical excellence, and their genuine compassion have been the heartbeat of our practice. I’ve had the privilege of mentoring and working alongside them, and I couldn’t be prouder of the team we’ve built.

As I step away, I’m thrilled to introduce Nathaniel (Nate) Correia, PT, DPT as the new director of our clinic. Nate is someone I’ve admired for many years—our connection goes back to when I served as the physical therapist and athletic trainer for his club soccer team during his high school days. Watching his growth in our organization as a thoughtful, talented clinician and leader has been incredibly rewarding.

Nate has deep roots in Hillsboro, having grown up just a mile from our clinic, and he has been a part of the Therapeutic Associates family for nearly 12 years. For the past 8 years, he has practiced as a physical therapist — most recently serving as practice manager at our Rock Creek clinic — and is a Board-Certified Orthopaedic Specialist with certifications in ASTYM and blood flow restriction. I am confident he will carry forward our mission with integrity, heart, and excellence.

Over the coming weeks, I’ll be working closely with Nate and our leadership team to ensure a smooth and thoughtful transition. I leave knowing the clinic is in excellent hands and that your care with Nate and the staff will continue with the same dedication and compassion you’ve come to expect.

Thank you for allowing me to be part of your journey. It has truly been an extraordinary privilege.

Warmly,
Tim

Meet Nathaniel Correia PT, DPT

Nate is excited to step into this leadership role at Hillsboro PT and continue serving the community he has called home for over 30 years. He is passionate about helping patients achieve their goals, advancing orthopedic care, and building lasting relationships within the clinic and the community.
