This year marks the 16-year anniversary of Ability Physical Therapy. On behalf of myself and my staff, we would like to thank you for your continued support of our services.
Effective June 12th, 2017, we will begin a new partnership with Therapeutic Associates Physical Therapy. In recent years, I have been thinking about retirement, and it was important to me that my practice, my employees, our patients and this community were left with a company I trust. I have had the opportunity to interact with many Therapeutic Associates partners in the Northwest, and have witnessed their dedication to a high level of ethics and company culture.
In addition, I am pleased to introduce Emily Wood PT, DPT, OCS, CMPT, who will be taking over as the clinic director as I transition into retirement. Over the next 6 months, I will remain a part of the treating staff and will be assisting Emily through this transition.
Our staff is passionate about the care and service we provide to our patients. Our primary focus during this transition will be the continuation of quality physical therapy care for all our patients and the community we serve. We will also continue to offer convenient scheduling with extended weekday hours (7:00am – 7:00pm) and appointments on Saturdays, as well as a wide array of services.
We will remain a contracted provider for most insurance plans through our membership with Northwest Rehab Alliance. Please note that effective June 12th, 2017, we will be listed as Therapeutic Associates Ability Physical Therapy on insurance plans for your physical therapy needs.
We are excited for this new journey, and look forward to continuing to meet the needs of the community we serve. Please feel free to contact us at any time if there is any information we can provide, or questions we may answer.
