Baseball Throwing & Performance Screening – Nampa, ID

For Athletes Ages 12 - 18

Is shoulder or elbow discomfort affecting your ability to throw? Are you looking to identify potential weak links and improve your performance on the field?

Baseball players ages 12–18 are invited to attend a baseball-specific screening with Dillon Gragnano, PT, DPT. The screening is designed to help athletes better understand how their strength and movement may be influencing their throwing mechanics, comfort and performance.

**TIME SLOT RESERVATION – IMPORTANT**

Our screening event will run from 6:00pm – 7:30pm. Upon registering, a member of our team will contact the registering parent/guardian by phone to provide available time slots and reserve a dedicated time for your athlete.

This event is designed for baseball players who:

  • Experience shoulder or elbow pain during or after throwing
  • Want to identify potential strength or movement limitations
  • Are looking for opportunities to improve their on-field performance
  • Want to take a proactive approach to staying healthy throughout the season

Complete the registration form below to sign up. Because this event is open to athletes ages 12–18, a parent or legal guardian must complete the required consent form at the time of the screening before the athlete can participate.
