As part of each cohort session, we also host fun social gatherings—often at Top Golf or similar venues—providing you the chance to relax, network, and connect with other PTs, leadership, and admin teams in a casual setting. These Friday night events are a great way to build relationships and unwind while deepening your ties within the TAI community.

In your second year, you’ll continue your journey toward clinical excellence while exploring specialized paths that align with your career ambitions. PT Cohort II builds on the momentum of year one, with a focus on communication, leadership, and personal development. Here’s how it works:
Quarterly Sessions for Growth: Four engaging, one-day workshops spread throughout the year with optional happy hour networking after each session.
Deep Dive into Key Themes:

- Embracing Change: Lead with confidence through change leadership techniques and cultivate a growth mindset.
