Core & Hip Strength Workshop
Being Strong Through a Solid Base!
Join us for a practical and engaging free 45-minute workshop focused on building strength from the foundation up. Led by physical therapist and author, Jessica Dorrington, this session will introduce core and hip exercises designed to support everyday movement, fitness, and long-term strength.
Whether you’re active, returning to exercise, or just looking to feel stronger and more supported in your daily life, this workshop will give you tools you can start using right away.

The workshop includes a short presentation and a live demonstration of key exercises, so participants are encouraged to come dressed comfortably and ready to move.
