Now that the real marathon is over, you may be wanting to get back to running. After months of hormonal and body changes and probably some significant time off, running may look and feel different than it did pre baby. Whether you were a runner before and/or during pregnancy, our therapist, Katie Duke, will be giving tips for running post partum. This free seminar will include general running technique info and changes you may need to make when running with a stroller as well as injury prevention exercises specific for runners.
