This fitness class is led by a physical therapist with the goal of helping women stay active during and after pregnancy. The class is designed to support women at all stages of pregnancy as well as “the 4th trimester” of the early postpartum period, with a focus on core stabilization, balance, and posture.

  • Be a part of an active community of women who are pregnant or recently postpartum
  • Learn what exercises are appropriate to perform during your pregnancy
  • Learn how to perform exercises that help prevent pelvic pain, low back pain, and diastasis recti during your pregnancy

Recommended  Equipment (not required): yoga ball, foam roller, weight (about 5 lb)
