Women in the Motherhood Transition put a tremendous load on their pelvic floor. It is not uncommon to experience dysfunction and/or pain, but it is not normal. During this FREE workshop, we will help you engage your core, understand what happens to the pelvic floor during pregnancy and birth, and find safe movements during pregnancy and postpartum.
Everyone has a pelvic floor! All women and men are welcome to learn how to better engage with their pelvic floor.
