Yoga is a great way to build strength, increase flexibility, improve balance, and stimulate greater bone density. It also develops mental focus, mindfulness, and breath and body awareness. As the days turn damper and darker, join us for a series where we will explore and practice the proper alignment of the most common yoga poses and how to use props and pose modification to safely accommodate limitations in flexibility, strength, and stability. Most poses will be performed down on the floor (yoga mat) or in standing.
All levels welcome in the series. Please only sign up for less than the full series if you have had some prior yoga experience.
Cost: $70 for 4 classes, or $20 individual class
