Increase Hand Speed to Increase Distance: Using Counterweight Training

Join Titleist Performance Institute and SuperSpeed Certified physical therapist Chris Cooper, PT, DPT for a 2-session series exploring the importance of hand speed and its role in creating faster swing speeds and ultimately hitting the ball farther. Chris will dive into how to increase your speed using counter-weight training (using SuperSpeed C training club) and portable radar technology for instant speed feedback along with various exercises.

Participants will be screened for adequate mobility in the 4 rotation centers of the body and baseline measures will be assessed and re-tested to show participants their changes in speed over time. To make optimal gains participants will be expected to train on their own a total of 3 days per week.
