Movement is Medicine! Treat your body to a combination of stretching and mobility as well as light strengthening exercises designed to counterbalance the effects of working from home.
Have kids at home? Invite them to join you! Each session will be comprised of a warmup and two 5-minute movement circuits that will be kid friendly!
