Julie earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Idaho State University, where her passion for excellent care earned her the Outstanding Student award, among other honors. She earned several state and national awards for going above and beyond to learn the best and most progressive treatments for her patients. She is active on the state and national level to support women’s health physical therapy, education, and patient access to quality care. While preparing to enter the doctorate program, Julie received a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish and went on to earn her Qualification as a Spanish Medical Interpreter. This allows Julie to provide physical therapy services in both English and Spanish, enabling her to personally communicate with patients from a variety of backgrounds.
Julie’s treatment is centered on empowering people to live their personal best, and giving each person’s body the resources it needs to create lasting healing. She specializes in treating a variety of orthopedic and women’s health conditions, and co-leads the women’s health program at the SE Boise clinic.
