I started coming here for severe back pain after having my baby and Caleb & Liam have helped so much! We did traditional PT, dry needling, scraping, all sorts of things. They are both so kind and make you feel very comfortable. I would definitely recommend them!

I’ve been doing CrossFit for a while, and like many others, I often walked away from workouts with aches and pains that went beyond normal muscle soreness. For example, I was experiencing significant hip flexor pain every time I squatted. Then I started working with Caleb. Within minutes, he identified that the issue wasn’t actually my hip flexors—it was poor glute engagement. He gave me a simple banded warm-up exercise to do before squats, and to my surprise, the hip pain disappeared completely.

Now, whenever something holds me back in my training, I go to Caleb and he quickly finds the root cause and gives me a solution. He’s an incredibly talented physical therapist—one of the very few who has truly impressed me after working with many. I can’t recommend him highly enough. He also has an awesome physical therapy assistant, Liam, who will one day make a wonderful physical therapist as well.

My experience here has been AMAZING, not only do they provide a personalized plan they are super friendly and made me feel very comfortable in the process. I suffered from a hip injury the last 3 months and I was feeling pretty hopeless about my pain going away. Caleb and Liam are both very knowledgeable in what they’re doing and their friendly personalities genuinely made me excited to come in and improve with every session. With the combo of going back to the basics, challenging workouts, muscle scraping, and dry needling (this concept seemed pretty scary at first but did WONDERS) I can officially say I can now do everyday activities and sports with ease and no pain! Hands down, if I ever need physical therapy again I would choose them without hesitation. I would give more than 5 stars if I could, but unfortunately that’s not possible. Thank you guys so much for making my recovery process enjoyable and filled with laughter and tears (in the best way possible)
