Shannon enjoys working with athletes of all backgrounds. While pursuing her degree in Boston, she participated in a course on adaptive sports with one of the nation’s largest rehabilitation hospitals, learning how to work with disabled athletes and individuals to facilitate their safe return to a variety of activities. Upon moving to Boise, she had the opportunity to continue working with athletes and joining the wellness team with the Ballet Idaho.
Growing up on Cape Cod, MA, Shannon picked up a love for playing tennis and kayaking. In her spare time, she also enjoys incorporating her passion for nutrition into cooking, as well as going for hikes, skiing, and traveling whenever possible.
